Bildeston Bowls Club is gearing up for 2024 and another successful season bowling outdoors from April through to August.
At the end of last season the club was successful in its National Lottery Fund bid and was awarded £10,000. This has already been put to good use bringing the irrigation system up to standard and purchasing new grounds equipment to maintain the green to its highest standard.
We are proud to be affiliated to Chamberlin Community Hall working in partnership with them to provide a Summer activity that is appropriate for all ages, all abilities and all seeking a fun, social game that is easy to pick up but belies how tricky and tactical it really is!
We play matches in the local Stowmarket League Monday and Wednesday evenings and Tuesday afternoons. We play against clubs in lovely villages across South Suffolk.
